Equipment must be monitored on a regular basis. Selfinspection can be done on site, without the supervision of Alfa Laval staff. Visually inspect the units and listen for any signs of mechanical wear, deposits, need for degreasing, and frost buildup at least once a month. Perform cleaning or degreasing accordingly.
